Shipping information

If in stock, the products will be delivered within one working day (if ordered by 18:00 at the latest) to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland or Liechtenstein and is carried out by Post CH AG. For orders under CHF 20, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 5 will be charged. Orders above an order value of CHF 20.- will be delivered free of shipping costs.

Return policy

In online commerce, the customer normally has the right to revoke the conclusion of the contract within a period of 14 working days without giving reasons and to return the goods. This right of withdrawal applies without restriction to accessories. However, there is no right of withdrawal for snus products, as these are perishable goods with a limited shelf life.

If you are not satisfied with a product or something is wrong with the quality, you can contact us via e-mail to info@snushus.ch. Your case will be handled individually by our customer service and we will look for a solution that works for both parties.

Cancellation of orders

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, you cannot change or cancel your order yourself. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via e-mail to info@snushus.ch.
The order can only be changed or canceled as long as it has not been processed by our warehouse.
